You are eligible if you have:
  • A related Bachelor’s Degree (MQF Level 6) with CGPA 2.50 or above
  • A related Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA 2.00–2.49 (subject to internal assessment)
  • A non-related Bachelor’s Degree (with assessment or prerequisite courses, depending on work experience)
  • An equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
International Applicants
  • MUET Band 4 (CEFR Mid B2) or equivalent
  • IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 60
  • No Physical Classes

Full-Time

  • 1 Year (3 Trimesters)

Alternative Admission (APEL)

Didn’t meet the standard academic entry requirements?

The Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL.A) provides an alternative admission pathway for qualified local and international applicants with relevant work experience and prior experiential learning, subject to the University’s admission requirements.

Requirements include:

  • Meet the minimum age requirement for the relevant qualification level.
  • Fulfil the minimum qualification requirements for Master’s programmes.
  • Demonstrate relevant prior experiential learning.

Credit Transfer (APEL.C)

Receive recognition for your prior learning.

Qualified applicants with recognised prior learning and relevant work experience may apply for APEL.C to obtain credit transfer through a Portfolio Assessment or Challenge Test, subject to assessment by the APEL Assessment Centre, UNIMAS.
